WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage

• 70% reduction in light transmission within 10 years.
• Uneven color within the same production batch.
• If the defect is confirmed to be caused by the manufacturer, the sheet will be replaced free of charge (excluding costs of dismantling, installation, and other direct or indirect damages).
• Defects and damages arising from the manufacturing process.

2. Warranty Conditions

2.1. Eligible Conditions

• Products must be installed and maintained in strict accordance with the Company's technical guidelines.
• When submitting a warranty claim, customers must provide technical drawings, photos, and samples of the defective sheet.
• Products have not been subjected to external impacts or improper force.
• Minimum roof slope of 5% for installation.

2.2. Exclusions from Warranty

• Damage not caused by manufacturer defect.
• Polycarbonate sheet systems using products from other brands/manufacturers.
• Products installed despite prior detection of defects.
• Exposure to gasoline, oil, or strong alkaline chemicals (lime, cement, etc.).
• Damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
• Products repaired or replaced without prior permission from the Company.

3. Scope of Warranty

3.1. Claim Process

• Customers must notify the Company or Distributor within 7 days of discovering the defect.
• When submitting a warranty claim, customers must provide order information and follow the Company's instructions.

3.2. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profits, business opportunities, or project delays due to product defects.
• The total warranty value shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.
• All warranty decisions by the Company are final. No individual or dealer has authority to grant warranty terms outside this policy.
• The Company may amend the warranty policy without prior notice. The latest content will be updated on the official website.
