SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure materials are safely delivered to our customers on schedule and at optimal costs, Nam Anh Plastic Joint Stock Company applies the following shipping regulations:
1. Delivery Scope
Nam Anh Plastic accepts and processes orders for delivery nationwide across Vietnam, including:
- Central areas: Urban and suburban districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Provinces nationwide: Direct delivery to dealers, warehouses, or construction sites (residential houses, factories, large projects...).
- Special regions: For remote areas or islands, Nam Anh Plastic will align on a suitable transport plan with the Customer prior to shipping.
2. Delivery Methods
Depending on Polycarbonate sheet specifications, dimensions, and order volume, we arrange appropriate transport:
- Nam Anh Plastic's dedicated freight fleet - Applicable for large orders, key projects, or areas near our warehouses.
- Via logistics partner transport units.
- Direct pickup at warehouse.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Hanoi & HCMC Urban Areas: 1 – 2 working days.
- Neighboring Provinces: 2 – 4 working days.
- Distant Provinces / Custom Project Orders: 3 – 7 working days (or as agreed in contract schedule).
Delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or other objective factors. Nam Anh Plastic will proactively update schedule info to you.
4. Shipping Fee Regulations
Shipping fees are calculated transparently and notified before contract signing/payment. Fees are based on:
- Actual distance from dispatch warehouse to delivery location.
- Total weight and specifications of the order.
- Promotional Policy: Nam Anh Plastic supports free or discounted shipping for bulk orders, project orders, or special promotion campaigns.
5. Handover & Inspection Process
To ensure maximum customer rights, when transport arrives at delivery site, please coordinate:
- Product Matching: Check thickness, dimensions, quantity, and product type against contract/invoice.
- Condition Inspection: Ensure protective film is intact; sheet surface has no scratches, cracks, etc.
- Sign Handover Report: Representatives of both parties confirm goods condition and sign handover.
6. Risk & Liability for Goods
- In Transit: Nam Anh Plastic assumes full responsibility for goods safety from warehouse to handover. If damage or scratching occurs due to transport error, we commit to replacement per regulations.
- Post Handover: Once you sign off the handover report with no defects, material preservation responsibility belongs to the receiver.
7. Handling Contingencies
In force majeure cases (incorrect delivery address, unreachable recipient, prolonged traffic gridlock, natural disasters, transport incidents), Nam Anh Plastic will contact you to align on a revised delivery time or alternative plan.
