MANUFACTURING FACTORY SCALE
Nam Anh Plastic owns a Polycarbonate sheet manufacturing factory spanning nearly 10,000m², located in Tran Anh Tan Phu Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province. The factory is comprehensively invested to proactively manage production capacity, control product quality, and flexibly meet domestic and international market demands.
The system of 04 modern production lines imported from Europe operates under strict quality control processes at each stage, ensuring uniform product quality, high stability, and meeting technical standards during production.
All products are manufactured from 100% virgin Polycarbonate resin imported from world-leading material brands such as Bayer (Germany), SABIC (Saudi Arabia), and Lotte Chemical (South Korea). Using high-quality raw materials is the foundation for creating products with superior durability, high impact resistance, and long service life.
With a production capacity of over 500 tons per month, Nam Anh Plastic is ready to concurrently fulfill orders from dealers, distributors to large-scale projects, ensuring steady supply and schedule.
In parallel with production capacity, Nam Anh Plastic builds a professional logistics system and delivery team, facilitating rapid goods distribution nationwide. Thanks to synchronized operations, products can be delivered to customers within 24–48 hours, optimizing construction progress and cooperation efficiency.
